2. Our role

WatchesDubai is a directory and concierge network. We do not directly buy, sell, or authenticate watches. All transactions occur directly between buyers and dealers. We are not a party to any resulting transaction.

3. No warranty on listings

While we curate dealers, we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, authenticity or pricing of any item. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence and authentication before purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, submit false information, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, excluding dealer-supplied material, is owned by WatchesDubai and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchesDubai is not liable for any loss arising from transactions between buyers and dealers or from reliance on information provided on the site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
